FAQ's

Q: What does “16 strains, 50B CFU” mean?
A: Each of our Probiotic Formulas contains 16 clinically-studied probiotic strains and delivers 50 billion (50B) colony forming units (CFU) per serving. “Strains” refers to the different probiotic species/variants, and “CFU” refers to the number of live microorganisms expected to be active when consumed.

Q: Are your probiotics raw / minimally processed?
A: Yes — our products are described as “Raw Minimal Processed” meaning that we avoid high-heat processing or synthetic additives, preserving live, active cultures in their pure form.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our prodcuts are only “Made in Canada/U.S.” and holds to Canadian/U.S. purity, safety and quality standards.

Q: Do your formulas differ by gender, purpose or daily use vs proactive use?
A: Yes—they do. We have four distinct formulas each tailored to different needs (Women’s, Men’s, Vaginal, Mood). The use-case (daily vs proactive) is also indicated.

Q: What is the Women’s Formula?
A: The Women’s Formula (Daily Regimen) is tailored for female users and supports digestive, vaginal & immune health in one daily capsule.

Q: What is the Men’s Formula?
A: The Men’s Formula (Daily Regimen) supports male users for digestive health, immune strength, and overall vitality.

Q: What is the Vaginal Formula?
A: The Vaginal Formula (Proactive Regimen) is a targeted support formula that helps maintain vaginal pH balance, supports urinary tract health, and reduces yeast and odor.

Q: What is the Mood Formula?
A: The Mood Formula (Proactive Regimen) is for both men and women, combining probiotic strains with whole-food nutrients to support gut-brain balance, serotonin production, mood, stress reduction and calm focus.

Q: How many servings are in each bottle?
A: Each formula lists 45 servings.

Q: How should I take the product?
A: One capsule daily (unless otherwise stated on packaging) is the typical regimen for daily formulas. For proactive formulas, follow any additional instructions provided. Users should check the label.

Q: Can I switch between formulas or take more than one?
A: You may choose the formula that best matches your health goals. If you’re considering using more than one (e.g., combining Women’s + Mood), consult with your healthcare provider, especially if you have underlying conditions, are pregnant, nursing or taking medications.

Q: Are these intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease?
A: No. As with most dietary supplements, the label states: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”

Q: Are there allergens or special storage instructions?
A: You should review the full ingredient list on the product label for allergens or other sensitivities. In addition, while not specified here, probiotics often require cool/room-temperature storage and correct handling to preserve potency—check the product packaging for storage instructions.

Q: Who should talk to a healthcare professional before using?
A: Anyone who is pregnant or nursing, has a weakened immune system, has a serious health condition (e.g., disease requiring treatment), is on medication (e.g., antibiotics), or is considering combining multiple supplements. Always best to check with a qualified professional.

Q: What’s the difference between “Daily Regimen” vs “Proactive Regimen”?
A: “Daily Regimen” formulas are designed for ongoing everyday support (maintenance). “Proactive Regimen” formulas are tailored for more specific or acute needs (e.g., mood support, vaginal/UTI support) and may require additional consistency or specific use-case focus.

Q: Why does Code of Cultures focus on whole-food and raw probiotics?
A: Because the brand emphasizes “whole-food inspired” and “raw minimal processed” formulations. The idea is to preserve live probiotic diversity and potency without high heat or synthetic additives. It aligns with your brand’s ethos of organic, raw, whole-food probiotics.

Q: Why the same CFU and number of strains across formulas?
A: Using a consistent 50B CFU + 16 strains across the board simplifies formulation and conveys a baseline potency, while different formulas differentiate by targeted health support (men, women, mood, vaginal/UTI). From a marketing/brand standpoint this consistency builds clarity and trust.
